Work With Me
Garden coaching for Potomac homeowners who want more than curb appeal.
Most suburban gardens are performances — manicured lawns meant to impress the neighbors. I help you create a garden that's a relationship — a place that revives your energy, gives back to nature, and becomes part of your family's story.
Whether you have a blank slate, an overgrown mess, or big dreams and no idea where to start, we'll figure it out together. No judgment, just practical guidance rooted in this specific soil.

- Document the installation for rebate submission
The result: Your garden design expertise is essentially subsidized by the county, dramatically reducing your out-of-pocket cost while creating a landscape that manages stormwater, supports pollinators, and looks beautiful.

Common Questions
Do I need to know anything about gardening?
Not at all. Most of my clients are complete beginners. If you care about your yard but feel overwhelmed, you're exactly who I work with.
What if I only have a small space?
Even a few pots on a deck can grow food and flowers. I've designed gardens as small as 15 square feet.
Do you work outside Potomac?
I primarily serve Potomac (20854) and nearby Montgomery County areas. If you're slightly outside this range, let's talk.
What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Life happens. Reschedule with 48 hours notice, no penalty. I ask the same courtesy if I need to reschedule due to weather.
What makes you different from a landscaping company?
Landscapers install and leave. I teach. My goal is for you to understand your garden so well that you could do it yourself — or choose to keep me around because you enjoy the partnership. Plus: I know Potomac soil, Potomac weather, and Potomac plants because I've grown them here.
The Bigger Picture
Every garden I help create is one more patch of healthy soil, one more habitat for pollinators, one more space where a family reconnects with the natural world.
That's not landscaping. That's legacy.
